The Institute for Children and Families along with Upper Bay Adoption and Counseling Services Presents: Enhancing Attachment: Strategies for Families and Professionals Thursday April 10th and Friday April 11th 2008 at HACC Lancaster Campus. The first day of the conference will feature Keynote Speaker Regina Kupecky co-author of the books Parenting the Hurt Child and Adopting the Hurt Child. She will speak about families as healers and integrating adopted children into an already existing family unit.
