Prevention Research: Driving Successful Outcomes - JOIN US!
The National Prevention Network (NPN) invites you to our 21st Annual Prevention Research Conference, August 24-27, 2008 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The theme for this year’s conference is “Prevention Research: Driving Successful Outcomes.”
We encourage you to make your plans now to attend. You will gain knowledge from nationally recognized researchers and practitioners who are using research to drive successful outcomes for prevention programming. You will also have the opportunity to network with leaders from the federal agencies supporting prevention, including SAMHSA/CSAP, ONDCP, NIDA, NIAAA, OJJDP, and USED as well as prevention professionals from around the country.
We are excited about this year’s conference. It has something for everyone. There are presentations on Underage Drinking, Prescription Drugs, Social Marketing, Public Policy, Frontier/Rural, Cultural/Ethnicity, and Alcohol Industry Advertising. We hope you will join us. Registration is anticipated to be as high as 1,000 people, so please register as early as possible.
